Restaurant Build-Outs
Build the dining room and the working kitchen as one project.
A restaurant fit-out connects the guest experience with the equipment, utilities and circulation behind it. We plan construction around your concept, the existing space and the equipment you intend to operate.

Project scope
From the equipment list to the finished dining room.
Kitchen layouts, ventilation, plumbing and electrical demand affect the build before the first finish is selected. Early coordination helps reveal conflicts between the lease space, the operator's workflow and the proposed equipment.
Kitchen equipment coordination
Review equipment locations, utility information and installation responsibilities.
Ventilation and service routes
Coordinate the proposed mechanical and service paths with the design team.
Dining and service areas
Plan seating areas, service counters, circulation and supporting rooms around the concept.
Electrical and lighting
Coordinate kitchen power, dining lighting and controls with the operating needs.
Finishes and access
Define surfaces, partitions and the sequence needed to complete the space.
Opening preparation
Organize punch-list work, inspections and equipment handover around an agreed plan.

Planning the work
Plan the opening from the work backward.
Review the space
Bring the lease plan, concept and equipment list before finishes are committed.
Coordinate the build
Resolve trade interfaces and delivery requirements before rough-in work.
Prepare the handover
Track remaining work, records and operator questions before the space enters use.
Can you work with an existing restaurant space?
Yes, the starting point is a review of the proposed changes and existing systems. Previous restaurant use does not confirm that the space suits every new concept or equipment package.
When should kitchen equipment be selected?
Early enough to coordinate dimensions, connections, ventilation and delivery. Late equipment changes can affect several trades.
Can construction be phased around an operating business?
We can review a phased approach, access and shutdown windows. Feasibility depends on the scope and how work areas can be separated from operations.
