YKCA self-performs across the full electrical scope — power, lighting, low-voltage, EV infrastructure, and integrated smart-building systems. Our C-10 license fully covers C-7 low-voltage work, so structured cabling and controls do not require an additional sub.
We bid as prime electrical, as a tier-1 sub to general contractors, or as a specialty sub to other electrical primes on large multi-disciplinary projects.

Plan & Spec Review
Send drawings, specs, and bid form. We review and circulate any clarifying RFIs.
Site Walk
Where required, we attend pre-bid site walks. Existing conditions documented and incorporated into pricing.
Proposal
Lump-sum or unit pricing on your bid form. Inclusions, exclusions, and assumptions itemized in writing.
Award & Contract
Subcontract executed, project-specific COI issued, lien-waiver schedule agreed.
Mobilization
Submittals, schedule integration, manpower commitment, and weekly coordination with the GC's superintendent.
Closeout
Inspection sign-offs, as-builts, O&M manuals, warranty, final lien waivers, and certified payroll where applicable.
