Yes. With a Los Gatos-based technician, Santa Cruz County (Santa Cruz, Scotts Valley, Capitola, Aptos, Soquel, Watsonville) over Hwy 17 and the South County (Gilroy, Morgan Hill) are part of our standard service area. East Bay (Alameda, Contra Costa) and North Bay (Marin, Sonoma, Napa) — case by case for larger or commercial scopes. Call us to discuss.

For scheduled work — yes, same response. For 24/7 emergency dispatch (sparking, burning smell, power-out), response time depends on the city — generally within 2 hours in San Mateo / SF, 2–3 hours in Santa Clara County, and a bit longer for Santa Cruz County over Hwy 17. Confirmed at dispatch.

Yes. Permits are pulled under our C-10 license in every jurisdiction where we work. Each city or county has its own AHJ — we coordinate the rough and final inspections through closeout regardless of which agency holds the permit.
