The key decision

A useful project story explains the starting facts, alternatives, decision and evidence of the outcome.

Look beyond the finished photograph

A finished room does not reveal access constraints, utility dependencies or how an unexpected condition was handled. Read for the decision that changed the project and the facts available when that decision was made.

Use scenarios to prepare questions

Our current featured story is a hypothetical kitchen-and-EV planning scenario. It shows a sequence of decisions without inventing a customer, address, budget, duration or claimed result. Apply the questions to your own property, then verify the facts with its professionals.

What a documented job story should contain

For a completed-project account, look for verified scope, permission to use the images, clear before-and-after context and accurately described results. Until those records are available, an honest planning scenario is more useful than an unsupported success story.
